Information we handle
We process your email, account identifier, password hash, chosen language, orders, payment and refund records, wallet transactions, referral records, and eSIM identifiers, activation information, status and data usage. If you choose Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive the identity information needed to verify that sign-in, such as a provider identifier and verified email.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, issue eSIMs, display usage, send receipts and installation messages, handle refunds, operate referral programmes, investigate errors and meet legal obligations. Required account and order information is necessary to register or fulfil a purchase; without it we may be unable to provide those functions.
Service providers and transfers
Information needed to fulfil these purposes may be processed by payment, eSIM/network, hosting, transactional email and error-monitoring providers. With your consent, purchase statistics are also processed by a website analytics provider. Stripe handles card details; Travoam does not receive your full card number. Depending on the services used, processing may occur outside your country. We provide information as needed for the service or as required by law. Cookies and browser storage
We use a cookie to remember your language and browser storage for your signed-in session, cart and cookie choice. Referral links may save a referral code or a time-limited affiliate attribution cookie. Social sign-in uses a temporary security challenge cookie. Website analytics (Google Analytics) is loaded, and sets its analytics cookies, only after you accept it in the cookie banner. It is used to measure purchases, not for advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer; when you withdraw, we stop analytics and remove those cookies. Your choice is kept for one year, after which we ask again. Clearing storage may sign you out, empty the cart, remove referral attribution or make us ask about cookies again. These functions are not an agreement to receive marketing messages.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable retention obligations. Access is limited to service needs and protected with technical and organisational safeguards. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may inquire about, access and obtain a copy of your personal information, supplement or correct it, request that its processing or use be restricted or stopped, or request its deletion. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Use the Travoam contact details supplied with your purchase or service correspondence; identity verification may be required. This policy will show the date of future updates.
