Our service
Travoam is an independent reseller of prepaid travel data eSIMs. We do not own or operate a mobile network. We help you compare plans, take payment, arrange eSIM delivery and handle order support and refunds. Your purchase is from Travoam. Third-party suppliers provision the eSIMs and arrange connectivity through third-party mobile networks. Each plan lists the local operators it connects to before you buy. A supplier and a local operator may be different companies.
Your device and account
Before buying, confirm that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and supports the destination network. Provide an accurate email address and keep your account, QR code and activation code secure. Do not share credentials or use the service for unlawful activity.
Orders and payment
Review the plan, quantity, currency, discount and total before paying. Card payments are processed by Stripe; balance payments use your Travoam wallet. After payment, provisioning may take time. Your checkout and My eSIMs pages show the current result.
Travoam store credit
Store credit is for Travoam purchases only. The maximum balance is US$500, and total promotional and support credits issued over your lifetime are also capped at US$500. No paid wallet top-ups, cash-out, transfers, P2P or spending with other merchants. Referral rewards that would exceed these limits are not issued.
Installation and usage
Follow the installation instructions and the activation and expiry conditions of your plan. Installing an eSIM can affect refund eligibility even before your trip. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support instructs you to; reinstallation may not be available. Coverage and speed depend on the local network, location and device.
Refunds and service issues
Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and the destination of returned funds. Installed eSIMs or eSIMs with any data usage are not refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights and verified service defects. If service fails, keep your order number and error details for investigation.
Your rights and policy updates
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Changes will be published with an updated date; a later revision does not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
